Try Comma with demo data

Explore a fully populated Comma without entering any of your own records.

About two months of sample records, in a sandboxed vault. Real writes and Drive sync are blocked; Exit demo clears it all.

Start demo mode

On the welcome screen, choose Try with demo data. Comma loads a complete sample vault and drops you on the dashboard.

What loads

About two months of realistic sample data, built on sample delivery platforms:

ShiftsRoughly two months of them, with saved GPS routes
ExpensesFuel, maintenance, and the rest
GoalsWeekly targets, with progress against them
BadgesA set already unlocked

Because every screen has history behind it, the dashboard, analytics, tax center, and shift log all have something real to show.

What you can explore

Move through the app as a real user would: read the dashboard, open past shifts and their routes, browse expenses, check the tax center, page through analytics and reports, and see how goals and badges look with a couple of months of activity behind them.

What demo mode blocks

Demo mode is a sandbox. To keep sample data from mixing with anything real, these are turned off:

  • Starting a real live shift
  • Adding or editing real shifts, expenses, or goals
  • Connecting Google Drive — sync is disabled entirely (see Cloud Sync)
  • Exporting or restoring a backup file — so sample data can't escape as a file either

Leave demo mode

Tap Exit demo. It sits in the demo banner at the top of the screen, and also in Settings. Exiting clears the sample data and returns you to setup, where you can start for real or restore existing data.

Your real data is never touched

Demo data lives on its own. It never merges into your real vault, and it never reaches your cloud — sync stays off for the whole session. Leaving demo mode removes the sample data completely.
